About me

Finance professional with extensive experience in the areas of budgeting, planning, consolidation and five-year planning for global companies. A bilingual, take-charge leader who can quickly build rapport across cultures to implement complex financial and operational procedures.

Extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting, long-term planning, CAPEX, new product introductions, and creating the models and processes that support those activities on a global basis. Key team leader in global SAP software implementation which included participating in blue printing projects, training global users, maintaining master data and validating data.

Strong background of career accomplishments in each role of increasing responsibility. In addition to finance, extensive experience in the areas of marketing, operations, new product development and IT.

My Services

Budgeting

I have vast experience collaborating on multi-region, multi-currency annual budgets,
including loading the sales plan, income statement and balance sheet planning and CAPEX.

Long-Term Planning

I have collaborated on long-term planning for multiple multi-national companies. My experience is similar to annual budgeting, but with the added complexity of new product introductions factored into the plan along with determining capacity requirements and CAPEX funding required.

Master Data

The foundation to any ERP and planning system is the master data. I can help your company develop a game plan to set up and maintain this data, and procedures to find missing master data.

KPI Reporting

I have collaborated with functional areas to develop monthly KPI reporting. My experience includes tracking sales, profit, inventory turns and many other operational KPIs.

Documentation

It is important to document all work flows and processes involved in a system. I have created numerous user guides and presentations both in English and Spanish.

S&OP

Companies increasingly are implementing S&OP processes to improve their operational efficiency. I have experience implementing S&OP processes that create a framework for converting a forecast into a financial plan.

Training

With over 20 years of experience in the classroom, I have developed training programs in both English and Spanish to train users on the use of financial software, master data and much more.
